Cell Phone Users Can Now Receive AMBER Alerts Cell phone users nation-wide can now assist with the AMBER Alerts by signing up for a free wireless service. The AMBER Alert Program for missing children is a legacy to Amber Hagerman, a 9-year old girl who was kidnapped while riding her bicycle in Arlington, Texas, and then murdered. https://www.wirelessamberalerts.org >>
